At Pedare, we believe that every student should embrace the opportunity to ‘Let your light shine’.

To give every student access to the curriculum and explore the opportunities presented to them we have an extensive support team that works in collaboration with our College staff.
Our Diverse Learning team consists of experienced educators who specialise in identifying and addressing individual learning needs. We provide a personalised approach to learning support, which may include:

• Individualised learning plans (ILPs) that are tailored to each student’s strengths and challenges
• Small group instruction that focuses on specific skill development
• One-on-one support that provides targeted support in areas of need
• Assistive technologies that can help students overcome learning barriers
• Regular communication with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure that everyone is working together to support the student’s success

We recognise that every student is unique, with different learning styles, abilities, and needs. Our Diverse Learning team works closely with classroom teachers to ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed. Whether it’s through short-term interventions or ongoing support, we are committed to helping all of our students reach their full potential.
