Email is the primary method of communication with parents, supported by various online platforms and tools to enhance engagement and information sharing.
Operoo
The College uses the communication platform Operoo, to streamline the communication with families regarding excursions, camps and child’s medical management.
Operoo makes it very easy for parents to respond to communications, complete consent and other forms, and upload documentation using their mobile phone, tablet or PC. Parents will receive an email from Operoo with unique login details for setting up an account.
SeeSaw
This is a learning communication platform that we use at Junior school. It gives us an opportunity to share the learning that is happening in the classroom. All families will receive a QR code to sign up for this.
SEQTA Engage
Formal written reports are provided in Terms 2 and 4 and will be available to download from SEQTA Engage. Parents/Caregivers will receive an email alerting you when a report is available.
